TECHNICAL BULLETIN FOR LATE MODELS AND SPORTSMAN: THE BLADE IS BACK


SPRING CITY, TN – Mountain View Raceway Officials announced today that Late Models and Sportsmen that run a Chevrolet Performance 604 or 602 Circle Track or “Crate” Engine may run a blade on the left side of the rear spoiler 16 inches tall and 24 inches long. This rule reverts back to the 2021 rules for each Division.


In the Late Model Division, this rule change is in affect for competitors that run the Chevrolet Performance 604 or 602 Engine. In Sportsman Division, the rule change is in affect for competitors running the Chevrolet Performance 602 Engine.

The rule change is in effect immediately. Any questions or clarification regarding the rule change should be directed to Mountain View Raceway Technical Director Michael Freeman at 865-603-0853.
